We can not fault the service we have received since joining school life. The support is amazing and both Michelle and Mike always make themselves available to help.

We have also received face to face training to meet our specific needs. If we haven't made contact then we always receive a phone call to check in on us that everything is ok and working well.

The system works well for us and meets our needs in lots of ways. Parents no longer have missed communications and the parent evening booking system has made things so much easier for both the nursery and parents.

Mike and Michelle always go over and above and volunteered to be our VIPs at our family Christmas event. The extra attention to detail shows this is a family run business with a strong customer service focus. Nothing is too much trouble! Thank you for supporting us.

Langford Village Community Primary School

Langford Village Community Primary School is a two form entry school with over 400 pupils and we are just entering our fifth year using the School Life platform to communicate with our parents.

Going to a completely paperless way of communicating with parents seemed like a vision that could not possibly be achieved, this is absolutely not the case! We communicate with our parents electronically via the School Life app and any permissions which are needed for trips/events etc are submitted to school electronically also. Our paper correspondence is zero.

The School Life team have supported our school from the beginning, starting with the updating of our website and getting the process of setting School Life up and running. The support at this early stage and now three years on is amazing and someone is always there to help.

Langford Village School uses all of the applications available which cover a wide area of day to day communication with our parents.

The system is simple to use and can be tailored to suit a school’s needs. If a new application is required, you only have to talk to the School Life team and this becomes workable or is available in future updates. Every suggestion is taken on board.

We have worked with Mike, Michelle and their team for a number of years now and have always been overwhelmed with their support, knowledge and ability to complete requests professionally, calmly and quickly.

Prior to using School Life we used another communication platform that was difficult to navigate and was very antiquated in it’s design. Moving to School Life has been refreshing and has made what was once a tedious job, very easy and manageable.

There is no request that is too much for Mike and his team and their support during lockdown was second to none.
